I'm sharing this little act of random kindness that the girls and I performed today. We placed these bags of popcorn on Redbox machines. Feel free to use this tag and do the same! Merry Christmas.
We recently took a trip to the Eastern Shore to check out a place that sells old window frames. While we were there, we drove around Cape Charles and had lunch at the Oyster Farm. It was a yummy spot with a great view.
We had a photo shoot with the girls and Fynley a couple of weeks ago. We went to 47th Street to Buff's Garden for some fun pictures for the Christmas card.
Some things to share: I decorated the house. We didn't have much time to decorate last year. So, this is our first time properly decorating the house.
We bought our real tree and decorated.
We added some simple outdoor touches to the house. Fynley was spayed and is doing great. She's a brave little puppy. I had a colonoscopy. Bleh. Next... We went to see the lights at the boardwalk and happened upon a great street at the beach. Check out 43rd street for some awesome decorations. There has been quite a bit of holiday shopping happening around here. The advent calendar is in full swing.
And, that elf came back and moves all around the house. Lily has been busy with SCA relaed activities. Here she is working on the bag lunch project:
We were very busy over the weekend. John's family was with us on Thanksgiving day. On Black Friday, I shopped with my sisters and the girls shopped with their cousin. After shopping, we met for lunch and then we all gathered at my sister's house for dinner later. We took that opportunity to get a few photos of the cousins with their grandpa and some miscellaneous pictures with Fynley!
It was a fun time. We also began decorating for Christmas and we went to John's sister's house for dinner with a ton of people on Saturday night. We finished off the weekend at the neighbor's for a fun chili cook off party. The weekend was busy and filled with food and lots of fun!
