CND Vinylux top coat is so terrific. I am a fingernail polish lover. I have used tons of different brands and I was so pleased with this top coat. It really provided me with a great manicure that lasted quite awhile.
I found the top coat with two other polishes in a set at TJ Maxx. It was only $9.99 for all three polishes and I loved the look of both colors in the kit.

The Scrub Daddy is one my favorite kitchen products. A couple of months ago, I thought I'd give the sponge a try and I was pleasantly surprised. This cool sponge comes with a happy face right on it. What more could you ask for!? It changes texture as it gets wet and the water temperature also effects the sponge's effectiveness.
My sister, a cleaning expert, was pretty happy with the sponge when she was at my home (and, kindly, doing my dishes). So once she gave it the seal of approval, I knew I needed to stock up on these sponges.
I purchased a 3-pack at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and I noticed while I was there that they have a whole variety of other sponges in the Scrub Daddy line. I think I'll give them a try and report back.

One of my favorite items to buy at Marshalls, Home Goods, and TJ Maxx are their awesome greeting cards. The selection of cards are cute and unique and so affordable that it makes you want to send some snail mail. I've found cards ranging in price from $0.99 - $3.99. Check out their clearance section for even better prices.
There are so many categories within their card section. I've bought wedding, anniversary, birthday, graduation, sympathy, and the list goes on and on.
I must confess that it's difficult for me to divulge this greeting card secret, but I am happy to share this super cost effective shopping tip.

Echo Dot
We purchased the Echo Dot for John for his birthday in October. It has been a fun way to make a shopping list, listen to music, and hear a funny joke. If you already have a bluetooth speaker, the Dot is a great way to add the Alexa products at a much lower price. We are enjoying this little home manager and if you are interested in one, too, check out deals on Amazon.

I recently purchased the Eyefi Mobi SD card for Shelly and me. We are sharing it and using it in both of our cameras, when needed.
The whole idea behind the Eyefi card is that you can transfer your photos from your camera to another device over a WiFi network. It's a great way to get your photos transferred quickly to your desktop, smartphone, iPad, etc. There's no need for a cord or the need to insert the SD card into the desktop.
It's a little pricier to purchase the Eyefi Mobi SD card, but it's a huge convenience to have the photos transferred so easily over the WiFi network.

This week's item is a dog toy. It's called a Kong and it is one of Fynley's favorites. So far, it has proved to be indestructible. She has owned it for seven months and continues to play with it daily.
It can be filled with treats, peanut butter, or a variety of other suggested items. Fynley likes the little treats that go inside, as well as, playing with it when it isn't filled. I have tried frozen peanut butter in it and it took her awhile to lick out all the peanut butter. Granted, she was a tiny puppy then. So, I may give it another try and see how she likes it with some peanut butter in the Kong.
So, if you're looking for a great dog toy, I highly recommend the Kong.

Installment #2 of the What's New series is all about Woolite laundry dryer balls. I found these dryer balls at Home Goods and thought I'd try them out. I bought the lavender scented balls in a pack of 6 for $6.99.
For each dryer load, I use 2 of the dryer balls and after 2 weeks of using them (around 12 loads of laundry), I'm still using the same set. They definitely cut down on the drying time and I'm saving money by not buying dryer sheets. I'm really happy with these and think they are worth checking out.

The first installment of my "What's New" series is about a product that I found out about on The Today Show. It's called BlingDots.
They are designed to help support your earrings when you suffer with the 80's ailment of long earring holes due to too many heavy 80's earrings. And, I suppose there are some people who suffer from this syndrome who weren't sporting those big 80's earrings. I've tried them a couple times and have been really happy with them.
I purchased mine through Amazon and received more BlingDots (90 as opposed to 45) for the same price. Try them out and I think you'll be happy to have your earrings back in place.
