This year we picked lavender balloons for her. The wind was a little crazy and the notes were weighing down the balloons. I must say we had several laughs while launching those notes and balloons.
I think my mom probably enjoyed the laughs as much as we did.

We write on the actual balloon but I love the tradition. It makes the day seem a little lighter.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to write on the balloons. Always love for her to have a current photo of us. Maybe I could tape them to the balloon next year!
DeleteMaybe you could put the photo inside before you have the balloon blown up?? Although if your way works when the wind cooperates, I'd stick with it because I like your post cards:)
