Nifty 9

The Nifty Nine are back!!! I have put together a variety of items I've run into on the internet that dazzle the eye or are just plain cool looking.

1.  Love globes and I love this display. Now I need to begin collecting!

2.  This house is just plain cool, but I particulary like this foyer wall.

3.  This recipe looks delish. Thought they sounded yummy for a brunch menu.

4.  I am really looking forward to making these cupcakes. They are all over the internet and sound like  a big hit.

5.  A perfect summer dessert. Need to make these for the next poolside get together.

6. This pink party is just too cute. I don't have any little baby girls or twins for that matter, but it is so sweet!!!

7. This might be the perfect little addition to the girls' hang out area (I think we are transitioning from a playroom to a tween room).

8. Love all of the vinyl wall decals. This one looks so funky over a headboard.

9. In the mid to late 70s my sister had rain gutter shelves in her room. She put all of her record albums on the shelves and it made such a cool display. Now, 40 years later the idea is back in fashion.

Nifty 9 is Back

I haven't done a Nifty Nine post in quite some time. So, I thought today would be a nice day to review some of the current items that have caught my eye. As an aside, I remember that my mom always enjoyed checking out my Nifty Nines. Loved that about her. She was always there to indulge my little obsessions.

1. This is such a cute little necklace for the family photographer.

2. This Etsy site has some terrific camera straps. I might save my pennies and buy one for my little ol' camera.

3. the teacher in me just loves this super cute mug!

4. I own this sweet little circle necklace and just love it. Mine has the girls' names on it.

5. Thought I might need this super sweet beach necklace to add to my collection. Oh so cute.

6. I made something similar to these awhile back, but love these little owls.

7. This is the perfect solution to unsightly long tables. How perfect for the next little get together.

8. This blog is so inspiring, moving, inspirational, thought provoking, and just plain good. If you haven't read her story, you must!

9. Just a little something cute from Etsy. Oh, and I think she looks just like Shelly.

Nifty Nine

I haven't done a Nifty Nine in awhile and thought I'd share some with you today. (Be sure to click the image above to make it bigger)

1. This is a darling little keychain made using a Domino. Too cute.

2. I have been lusting after this calendar since late November. I am still trying to figure out how to create it myself, but I think it might just be easier to order it!

3. Love these little cards for journaling on a scrapbook page or just jotting a note for Lily's lunchbox.

4. This little dress is so sweet AND it's made from the same Amy Butler fabric that is on my purse. Super cute.

5. I think this ring is so beautiful and unique. Love it.

6. Really love this print. And, what a great statement...definitely need this printed, framed, and hung in my home as a reminder!!!

7. This necklace is so pretty...would make an awesome gift.

8. Such a fun calendar. May need to order this one!

9. Pretty and practical keychain idea. I think I may need to see if I can recreate something like this myself.

I haven't been feeling so great today so I decided to put my time to good use and troll around the internet. So, here are some of my latest and greatest finds. There are so many great things happening at the etsy shops...check 'em out!!!

4. I am so fascinated by all of these skulls lately. I guess it's inappropriate for my 7 year-old to sport this design, huh?

6. I have absolutely no use for this, but I love the colors and the design...always a fun site.



7. Super cool stickers made by a really unique designer...check out the other goodies in this shop.



8. Love this top. I think I might try to create my own.



9. I want these little bits of sparkle to adorn every one of my scrapbook pages.
