Brady Lessons

We recently rented The Brady Bunch from Netflix and watched it with the girls. As I was watching, I mentioned to John that some of my young life lessons were learned from watching The Brady Bunch show. He agreed. Amazing what they teach you on that show. Here are just a few quotes I found that exhibit the lessons you might just learn from watching the Brady family:

Glee-ful

I am always looking for something that makes me smile and laugh. And this really does!!!!

When it started in the Fall I wasn't into it. I saw that many people were watching it, but I just didn't stop to check it out. Then a friend told me more about it and I began watching it this season. It is soooo good.

And, I was thrilled to get a call from my dad yesterday telling me that he, too, is watching it. How cool is that???

Are you a Gleek??

Sad

Today marks the loss of two of my childhood icons.
This is the Michael Jackson I remember and loved.

And this is the Farrah Fawcett I loved to watch in the mid 70s.

Sad.

Up and Running

By 2:30 this afternoon, the tv was mounted, the cords were plugged in and we were watching the Giants game. All in all, pretty quick work with some help from a few friends. Here are the photos of the process and the final product:
