Easter at Aunt Linny’s

 

Easter Sunday

Easter morning started with the usual Easter basket hunt. The girls are still eager to find their basket and play along with the whole event. Happy for that.

This year, we hosted the Easter brunch at our house. It was fun to invite all of the family to come together for food, laughs, and fun. Strangely, I didn't take pictures of any of our guest! 

Easter 2016

Easter Sunday was the kick off to Shelly's spring break. It was a chilly and rainy day, but we had two celebrations so that made it feel warm and sunny on the inside!

The girls searched for their baskets in our new house. Shelly found hers in the bathroom closet and Lily's was hidden in the kitchen behind the wall where we are in the process of remodeling.

It was a lovely day of fun, family, and love.

At the end of our five days in Virginia Beach for Spring Break, we had a nice brunch celebration at my sister and brother-in-law's house.

We had a nice Easter Sunday of basket hunting, at church, at brunch, and at a neighbor's home for an Easter egg hunt and games.
