The Sickies

Well, the sickies have come to our home for a visit. It started on Friday afternoon when Shelly got sick for about 5 straight hours. She went to bed and woke up feeling a little low, but made a pretty good comeback by the afternoon. Now, the bug has landed on John and he got sick last night. We'll see who the next victim is later this week, I'm sure! In the meantime, here is what SICK looks like in our house:

Ok, not more than two hours after Shelly's flu bug started, Lily also got sick. I tell you this sick stuff is going to do me in!!!! Please say a prayer for these little girls. Hate seeing them like this.

Ok, so the flu bug appears to be moving on to its next victim

(and maybe even lingering with the first). Ugh...this is BY FAR my least favorite part of the parenting gig. Hate to see my children sick.

Lily and I are so hopeful that we can avoid it. She has a field trip (that I am also attending) on Thursday in Charlotte. Hoping we're all good to go.
