My Mother

Thinking about my wonderful mother as Mother's Day approaches.

I still (14 months later) question why she had to go.

I miss her immensely and would love to just chat with her today. To hear her voice, to listen to her advice, and to ask her about her life.

So, if you are fortunate enough to have your mom in your life my advice is to---

• pick up the phone and talk to her and really listen to her
• tell your mom how much you love her
• ask her about her life as a child, a young adult, and a mother
• and be grateful for her prescence in your life
