Today she turned 3!!!! This precious little gem is now a big three year-old. Awe...I can't believe she is already three. It truly seems like yesterday that she entered our lives and what a wonderful addition she is in our hearts. Shelly is definitely special because she is what caused our family to feel complete. And somehow, I think she came to earth knowing that. I love her so!!! We had a fun day with a waffle breakfast in the morning and three gifts to open. Then off to school for a cupcake celebration with her friends. Back home where mommy made the Dora cake...by far the worst cake I have ever made, but one of the best tasting! Oh, and Shelly thought it was beautiful and even screamed, "Dora" when she saw it. She opened all of her lovely gifts and then we skipped dinner and went right for the cake. Now, she and her sister are with daddy at basketball practice. Here are pictures of the day and I'll be back tomorrow with more.
