Appreciating the Teachers

We are passing these little gifts out to Shelly's four classroom teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week. 

The notepads are from Marshall's and then I added a Lindt chocolate bar to each package. 

I found this cute idea for the tag here and created my own version.

 Shelly has some great teachers and I hope they know how much they are appreciated!
