Bahama Cruise 2 0 1 7

Here's a little recap of our cruise from the beginning of August. I, strangely, didn't take many pictures on our trip. The few I took were on my iPhone, but I am sharing a few from Lily's friend, Claudia.

Our cruise consisted of me, John, Lily, Shelly, our niece Krissy, and Lily's friend Claudia. It was a super fun group of people and we all enjoyed our time together.

We left Norfolk early in the morning and arrived in the Atlanta airport with a 30 minute layover time. So, we dashed to our flight and boarded immediately. We landed in Ft. Lauderdale at 10 and took a cab to the cruise terminal.

Once there, we went through the ship's boarding process which was seamless and super quick. It allowed us to be on the ship by noon and enjoying our first meal.

We spent a day at sea. Had a great time in Half Moon Cay at the beach paddle boarding, swimming, and hanging out together.

The next day we docked in Nassau and took a cab to The Atlantis. We choose to buy tickets that allowed us to spend the day in the resort enjoying the all of their water adventures. It was a fun day.

We ended the cruise on Monday and had no issues getting back home. It was a great time for all of us!

4:00 in the morning and ready to go to the airport!!!
Krissy was stuck in the middle seat next to an interesting person who popped up on the ship every day every where!!
So glad we made it on to the second flight with no issues!!! Time for a bloody Mary!

We are in the Ft. Lauderdale airport and only 8 minutes from the cruise ship! Hooray!!!
Happy to be here.

Our first meal on the ship. We were fortunate enough to make it on to the cruise ship at noon.

Time for another movie and more ice cream

We met an awesome lady in the Ft. Lauderdale airport and her name was C. Joy she told us a terrific story of love and happiness. It truly was the perfect ending to our trip.
